As the company prepares for explosive growth, we’re seeking a hands-on Director of IT to build and scale our internal IT infrastructure from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can balance strategic vision with tactical execution. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our workforce has reliable, secure, and scalable tools, systems, and processes — without the legacy overhead of an overbuilt IT org.

Responsibilities:

• Own and scale the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and internal support services

• Build and lead the internal IT team (starting small, growing as needed)

• Lead implementation and optimization of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, M365, SaaS apps, endpoint management)

• Develop and enforce internal IT policies, hardware standards, onboarding/offboarding workflows, etc.

• Oversee helpdesk support, license management, hardware procurement, and service desk KPIs

• Partner closely with cybersecurity and engineering to support secure and reliable operations

• Plan and manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and license renewals

• Evaluate and implement automation tools and scalable tech solutions to support rapid headcount growth
